Join our Strategic Platforms team as a Senior Technical Product Manager, where your passion for the eCommerce industry and analytical expertise will shine in a dynamic environment. In this role, you'll shape and implement the long-term roadmap for our Commerce domain teams across multiple channels, ensuring cohesive collaboration among cross-functional product, delivery, and business teams to drive business value. You'll oversee the software product development lifecycle from inception to production launch and post-production support, leveraging your strong technical background to design modular and scalable web and domain components. Your experience in managing significant software development projects and familiarity with current web and micro-service technologies will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership: Propel the success of one or more products by crafting and executing comprehensive marketing plans for both new and existing products, technologies, and applications.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to understand, analyze, document, evaluate, and prioritize requirements, providing informed recommendations for solutions and implementation.
Commerce Domain Expertise: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Commerce domain, focusing on Product & Offer in Catalog, Cart, Checkout, Fulfillment, and Pricing.
Team Liaison: Act as the primary interface between Business, UI, and Domain Engineering teams to facilitate product development.
Strategic Planning: Conduct multi-year product planning to guide product lifecycle decisions, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and corporate strategy, while achieving performance, revenue, market share, and profitability objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product KPIs to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Product Evangelism: Advocate for product awareness and understanding across teams and the organization.
Technical Documentation: Contribute to data mapping, solution design, process diagrams, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, and other project artifacts.
Agile Participation: Engage in Program Increment Planning, write/enhance/research Epics & Features, and serve as the business lead and central SME.
Vision Communication: Develop and articulate the program vision and roadmap.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, performing various tasks to deliver increased value to our customers.
Mentorship: Develop and mentor other product managers within the team.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in platform or Technical Product Management roles.
Experience in the high-tech, software, or wireless/telecom industry is highly desirable.
Solid technical background with experience in software development, web, and microservice technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into impactful product initiatives.
Proven experience in product roadmap assessment and planning.
Expertise in gathering and prioritizing business requirements, solutioning, and assessments.
Experience in coordinating solution design, development, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams.
Proficiency in business process analysis with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving user experience and business process issues.
