Job Description

This role is heavily sales focused and we're looking for sales professionals who aren't afraid to knock on doors, prospect, and bring in new business clients to US Bank.

Our Relationship Managers approach each and every day with a single purpose - to do the right thing by our business clients to help them achieve their vision for success and the lives they want to lead.

They have access to an expansive set of products and solutions to serve our business clients today and into the future.

Responsibilities include:

  • 65-70% of time spent on prospecting and developing new business for the bank.

  • Build, develop, cultivate and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.

  • Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.

  • Be the primary advisor for our business clients.

  • Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.

  • Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a One Bank set of solutions to our business clients.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to seven years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Self-motivation, team player, positive personality, and production driven.

-Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic concepts

Location

We offer a hybrid/flexible schedule. If not prospecting and meeting with clients, there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
