This position will support government accounts.  Therefore, due to federal export-control regulations, the selected candidate must hold U.S. citizenship, U.S. lawful permanent resident/Green Card status or otherwise have a category of refugee/asylee status enabling them to perform the role without requiring a license under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

The selected candidate must live in the San Jose, CA area.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes

  • Analyse all management and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected

  • Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives

  • Lead budget and resource allocation through all project phases

  • Schedule project timelines

  • Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects

  • Establish and train teams on processes and strategies

  • Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel review

  • Define roles and responsibilities of the team and determine clear deliverables

  • Research and evaluate new hardware and software technology and help make decisions on the cost-benefit analysis of new purchases

  • Update and maintain hardware and software systems as needed

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional work as a cross-organization technical project manager

  • Strong experience in the Infrastructure domain ( ITOM ), SaaS
