Compensation:

Hourly Range $20.00 - $30.80

Bonus:

Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.

Incentives:

Their responsibilities include preparing and sterilizing surgical instruments, arranging the operating room with necessary supplies, and ensuring a sterile environment to prevent infections. They assist the surgical team by passing instruments, sutures, and other materials during surgery, and they may also help with patient positioning and monitoring vital signs.
Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:
-Graduate of a school of Operating Room Technicians

-Active CST certification in Illinois
