Robert Half is seeking a Project Manager III / Scrum Master within our Application Technology and Innovation (ATI) department focused on delivery of HR and Financial Solutions (HRFS) globally. This role requires an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Robert Half. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum SAFe processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
You will work closely with the different development, quality, and business teams to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with Project manager to ensure that project completes successfully.
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile processes within the assigned projects.
- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
- Work with the team to prioritize the product backlog.
Your tasks
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, iteration planning, iteration review, and iteration retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure that the team follows the SAFe scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- Seek understanding of the project objectives to support the team.
What you'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
- Scrum Master Experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Communication that consistently demonstrates advanced clear, articulate, concise; verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Organization/prioritization: consistently utilized and effective over own work.
- Experience in DevOps and AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Experience in SAFe preferred.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- 8+ years’ IT experience of which required 4+ years’ project management and/or Scrum Master experience.
- Project management fundamentals: advanced knowledge of schedule, risk management, issues management, leadership.
- Documentation: consistently clear, accurate.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience using Jira tool.
- Demonstrated effective use and experience with MS Visio, Project & Excel.
- General knowledge of IT applications and infrastructure environment.
- Demonstrated experience at maintaining forward progress despite conflicting priorities and competition for resources.
The typical hourly pay rate for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
