The opportunity:

The Customer Implementation Manager leads new customer implementations at a medium to high complexity level, ensuring a smooth transition into the Maersk organization. Bridge sales and operational activities to meet customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive implementation project plans across geographies and functions
• Manage client relationships and ensure successful on-boarding
• Design and implement creative solutions to operational challenges
• Contribute to securing new business wins and improving implementation methodology

We are looking for:

• 5+ years' experience in logistics, including international supply chain management and forwarding services
• Proven project management experience and certification (PMP, ACP-PMI) preferred
• Willingness to travel and work on-site on a project basis
• Experience with new supply chain solutions, commercial engagement, and IT/EDI systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management tools proficiency (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and drive innovation

Pay Range: $100,000-$120,000 USD*
