• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer and a minimum of four (4) years of experience within the Medical Devices Industry.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
• Soft Skills: Writing and communication skills
• Shift: 1st and according to business needs. 
• Experience in: 
  • Implementing Lean Six Sigma techniques
  • Tier management in regulated manufacturing environments
  • Project Management for implementation initiatives

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma)
• Diagram and evaluate existing processes
• Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities
• Collect data to identify root causes of problems
• Measure performance against process requirements
• Align improvement efforts to performance shortfalls
• Provide consultation on reengineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality
• Deliver presentations and training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control
• Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes
• Communicate team progress effectively
• Perform cost and benefit analyses
