Position overview:

• You are responsible for providing technical leadership and support to ensure that currently defined processes meet or exceed work cell’s target in terms of SHE, quality, productivity and cost.  Lead incremental improvements initiatives to optimize existing processes 

 

Performance objectives: 

• Promote an observable culture of process safety, quality, and customer service within their organizational control.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelors of Science (Engineering Preferred)

• Previous experience in quality/process engineering function in manufacturing environment

• Continuous improvement background

• Demonstrated experience in problem solving and root cause analysis.

• 1 – 5 years’ experience

 

Desired skills: 

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task

• Understanding manufacturing processes and value chain.

• Understand key operational metrics and communicate across organization to achieve clear alignment and focus.

• Understanding of quality systems, ISO9001/AS9100 requirements.

• Understanding processes to engage cross-functional teams to solve quality problems.

Additional information:
