HR Operations and Systems Analyst

The HR Operations & Systems Analyst acts as the dedicated system administrator and subject matter expert for Workday on the HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Workday functionality, specifically within key HR modules like Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, and Talent Management. You'll play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, improving HR processes through technology, developing essential reporting solutions, and helping the HR staff effectively use Workday to meet both operational and strategic goals.

As the HR Operations & Systems Analyst, your essential functions will include:

• System Troubleshooting and Alignment: Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues, coordinating with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure system alignment across departments.
• Employee Lifecycle Changes & Service Delivery: Processes employee lifecycle changes in Workday and maintains consistent and positive HR service delivery to employees.
• Reporting and Analytics Development: Develop and maintain HR-specific reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools to support compliance, planning, and decision-making.
• Process Collaboration: Collaborate with HR team members to align Workday functionality with HR processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, and performance/talent management.
• Data Integrity and Compliance: Conduct HR data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with university and regulatory requirements.
• System Monitoring and Enhancement: Monitor Workday releases and recommend HR module enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Training and Documentation: Provide documentation, training, and guidance to HR staff on Workday functionality, configuration changes, reporting, and best practices.
