Infrastructure & Operations Delivery Lead - Information Technology Division

Help shape the future of Texas’ enterprise technology services as an Infrastructure & Operations Delivery Lead supporting Shared Technology Services (STS). In this highly advanced role, you’ll provide exceptional customer support and relationship management across STS offerings—including Data Center Services (DCS), Managed Security Services (MSS), Public Cloud Manager (PCM), and Texas.gov Services. You will direct the planning, budgeting, and analysis of system requirements, procedures, and operational challenges to improve and automate technology services, as well as design and implement solutions using infrastructure platforms, operating systems, STS programs, and cloud technologies. Serving as a lead worker, this position reports directly to the IT Hybrid Infrastructure Branch Manager and operates under minimal supervision with significant latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
