We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support on various brand marketing and brand operations projects.

How you’ll make us better:

• Assist the Project Manager with identifying and defining requirements, scope, and objectives
• Assist with preparing information or presentations related to projects
• Assist with monitoring project progress and providing support with challenges that may arise
• Assist with communicating project status to internal marketing teams
• Attend Brand and Creative meetings, compile meeting notes and distribute to attendees
• Partner with Field Marketing Team Coordinator to ensure both functions are working congruently on each project
• Update content management system as needed

Your special skills:

• Highly effective organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and a self-starter
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Prerequisites for success:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• One (1) year of experience in a marketing operations support position required
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Basic knowledge of Asana or similar project management software preferred
