Overview

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time | Center-Based

• Location: Primarily center-based (occasional in-home services required)

• Pay: $22–$26/hour

• Benefits: Paid drive time, referral bonus program, and part-time benefits including Dental & Vision, Group Accident Insurance, and Hospital Indemnity coverage

• Requirements: Active RBT certification preferred (training available), hands-on CPR certification required, reliable transportation, and willingness to provide in-home services as needed

• Ideal Candidate: Passionate about working with children and families; ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.

 

 

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligible to test

• CPR (hands-on, in-class) certification (AHA) - Required

• Experience working with children

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation

• Valid Driver’s License or Driver’s Permit
