What you will do

What you will do

• Participate in AI/ML upstream communities to ensure the technologies work on OpenShift and can be integrated with RHOAI

• Work with upstream AI/ML communities to evaluate new AI/ML related technologies from partners and create examples of integrations between their technology and RHOAI 

• Integrate new open source AI/ML components into Red Hat OpenShift AI

• Present at OpenShift/Kubernetes, and AI/ML related technology conferences and internally within the AI/ML communities of practice

What you will bring

• Ability to quickly learn and use new tools and technologies 

• Passion for writing and maintaining reliable code

• Experience with source code managements tools such as Git 

• Experience with the Linux operating system 

• Excellent system understanding and troubleshooting capabilities 

• Solid innovation skills and a passion for technology 

• Ability to work on your own in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English language skills

What you will bring

• Must be willing to work Hybrid in Boston MA, Raliegh NC or Westford MA.

• Strong React, TypeScript and JavaScript expertise

• Experience with modern CSS frameworks and best practices

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest or React Testing Library

• Experience leading feature development, breaking down wireframes into components, and putting together a plan for implementation

• Experience mentoring junior developers

• A proven record of being able to troubleshoot problems at a system level quickly and suggesting solutions that improve the overall experience of the system.

• Good cross-team communication experience

• Familiarity with back-end technologies like Node.js

• Experience with agile development and open source projects 

Nice to Haves

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or other related discipline

• Experience with Kubernetes and using CRDs

The salary range for this position is $111,260- $161,450. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
