Position: Caregiver
Starting Wage: $22.00 /hour
Location: Douglas County
Schedules Available:
Summer: Mon to Fri 10:00am - 2:30pm
School: Mon to Fri 3:30pm -7:00pm
🌻 Who We’re Looking For
18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
Own a smartphone
Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
Driver’s license and insurance for some roles

OIS / crisis intervention training
Pica
Physical aggressive behaviors
Verbal aggressive behaviors
Elopement / wandering
Property destruction
Impulsivity or safety-awareness challenges
De-escalation and redirection techniques
Trauma-informed care
Behavior plan implementation
🌻 Medical / Clinical Support Experience
Medication administration
G-tube care
Catheter care
Seizure monitoring and response
Diabetes care (blood sugar checks, insulin support)
Feeding assistance (including modified diets)
Mobility support / transfers
Experience following medical protocols and documentation
