Registered Nurse RN

Temp Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity in Danvers!

We are currently hiring registered nurses (RNs) for a 6-month assignment that have an interest in learning/working in the addiction medicine and substance use disorder field.

Schedule Requirements:

• Night shift 7PM - 730AM required
• 36 hours per week required
• Every other weekend OR every weekend required

Rate Breakdown:

• Full time with every other weekend $70/hr
• Full time with every weekend $80/hr
• Completion bonus $3,000
• ** Please note: We do not offer benefits to Temp Nurses!

As a Registered Nurse, you will...

• Conduct intake assessments through interviews with patients and relatives to gather case history.
• Plan and provide nursing care for patients.
• Make nursing diagnosis of the medical status of patients and recommend treatment options.
• Consult with medical and other behavioral healthcare staff in designing appropriate treatment plans for clients.
• Administer and note reactions to psychotropic drugs and other medications.
• Arrange further medical attention when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or the ability to get licensed)
• 1+ years experience working in behavioral health or addiction medicine OR 2+ years experience working as a RN.
• Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar.
• Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; thorough knowledge of facility proprietary systems.
