The Growth division of Velocity Black responsible for growing the membership base: establishing new partnerships with enterprise clients and to offer our concierge services to their top customers and employees. We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Business Development team.

As a Business Development, Senior Manager, you seek out exciting and strategic enterprise partnerships, develop and mold new revenue streams and lead generation channels. You investigate opportunities, present solution options, negotiate contracts, and sustain relationships related to delivering services. You manage a broad effort to deliver across functions and in partnership with leaders in technology, operations, legal and risk management.

What You’ll Do: 

• Generate outbound targets for business development deals. 

• Handle inbound requests from potential enterprise partners.

• Engage enterprise prospects.

• Create decks to evaluate strategic opportunities.

• Support and lead deal team in negotiation, due diligence, pricing, contract structuring.

• Post-close, support implementation team and ensure proper handover of each new enterprise client to V4B’s Account Management team

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience 

• At least 4 years of Business Development experience in Enterprise Sales

• At least 2 years of consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing or Finance 

• 5+ years of Business Development in Enterprise Sales

• 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Financial Services Industry or Investment Banking

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Remote (Regardless of Location): $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Business Development

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
