Job Description

Manage Shares Management 

• Administer the company’s share plans including grant and vesting processes for share plans 

• Maintain accurate records of share plan activities and transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to equity compensation

• Work with external vendors and internal teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to administer share plans

• Prepare shares plan reports and handle queries on share plans benefit

Manage Business Process Improvement

• Study existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements especially through digital transformation and process automation

• Prepare timelines / training materials to support process adoption

• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
