You'll work closely with the development team to create and develop new components, you will ensure that everyone in the product design team is using the right components, and maintain the quality of all components. You'll also update all live products with the right components to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Own and maintain the design system for both web and app products</li><li>Create and develop new components to enhance the design system</li><li>Ensure that everyone in the team is using the right components</li><li>Work closely with the development team to develop the components</li><li>Conduct quality assurance of all components to maintain a high standard</li><li>Update all live products with the right components to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience</li><li>Design mobile first, obviously. </li><li>Aim for the top. Help the team revamp the entire product from a UI/UX perspective. Help us compete with the best!</li><li>Challenge EVERYTHING.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>You LOVE being a designer and aim for pixel perfection</li><li>You’re passionate about your job in its true meaning.<br/> ex: You'd miss some sleep as you can't stop thinking about a difficult UX challenge.</li><li>You have a strong portfolio showcasing great UX and UI solutions, having worked on initiatives end to end from Product Discovery to continuous improvements</li><li>You have humility. We want to work with people who can truly collaborate and help each other.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>English is a must!
