Trainee Global Marketing

Your role

We seek a Global Marketing Trainee to join the Global Marketing team and help us develop projects such as innovation & relaunch development or communication management collaborating with the local marketing teams in the grocery channel.

What you will do

Reporting to the Última Global Brand Manager, the position involves the following tasks:

• Implement the key projects: New product development, product changes, packaging design (artworks), communication development
• Analysis of KPIs of the brands, market trends, and competitors' follow-up
• Update the brand's portfolio and the competitors.
• Support with project timelines, weekly meeting minutes, and follow-up tasks with cross-functional team
• Co-lead preparation of presentations with project updates
• Coordination with operations, local markets & external agencies.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, strong ownership and autonomy, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge with PowerPoint, Excel, Nielsen, and reporting follow-up.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Prior internship or work experience in FMCG is a plus.
• An excellent level of English is a must, French or Spanish would be a plus.
• You can sign an internship agreement with your school.
