Job Description

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Leads in ADP Globalview testing and configuration projects for new payroll and timekeeping initiatives and objectives
• Responsible for the entire payroll cycle from beginning to end for each country in the Americas, EMEA, APAC regions and the overlapping payroll calendars activities
• Manage the processing, computation, calculation results, and pre-confirm/post-confirm payroll reports, funding of the bank, and post payroll auditing tasks
• Responsible for ongoing review and data validation of HR vs. Payroll reports to identify payroll issues, risks, and needs in operations
• Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner

• Manage the Day to Day activities of the Global Payroll team members as they are performing computations and clerical duties necessary to prepare payroll information for computer input, adjust computer output, validation and reconciliation of payroll reports, and to process exception items or those requiring special handling.

• Preparing, maintaining, and compiling various payroll records using the current solutions in place

• Managing in the maintenance of country specific payroll guidelines and applicable policies and procedures

• Responding to inquiries from employees and managers via the internal ticketing platform regarding salary, deductions and changes in compensation.

• Collaborating with HR Business partners on HR transactional activities

• Support Time tracking requirements (eTIME for US and Canada), maintain and process Shift Schedules and Holiday Calendars. Process exception items or those requiring special handling. Managing California Wage and Labor, as well as termination payments.

Payroll subject matter expert providing senior level support to the Global Payroll Director. Point of contact for our Internal Global payroll framework and integrations, consisting of Workday HR, ADP Globalview, ADP Celergo, ADP eTime system, and Benefit solutions.
