You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our meals in accordance with our HACCP and FDA standards.<br><br><strong><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="0">Responsibilities:<br></span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct and complete Pre-Operational (Pre-Op) inspections to ensure the kitchen is ready for production.</li> <li>Monitor food production processes to ensure chefs adhere to all requirements outlined in the CU Chef agreement.</li> <li>Manage the daily cooking and cooling logs by recording menu components, dish temperatures, cooking times, and product weights to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li> <li>Enforce kitchen safety and hygiene protocols, including proper use of masks, gloves, hairnets, hand-washing, equipment cleaning, and station sanitization.</li> <li>Verify that all food items placed in walk-in coolers are appropriately labeled with Chef Name, Product Name, and Date.</li> <li>Ensure walk-in cooler doors remain closed and maintain a temperature of 41°F or lower.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in a cold environment (prep area maintained at 35°F).</li> <li>Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly without assistance.</li> <li>Strong sense of urgency
