THE ROLE
Reporting to the Manager,WFO Forecast & Planning, you will manage multi-channel management ensuring that all resources are in the right place at the right time doing the right thing. As a Workforce Planner, you will work with the local teams planning and managing contact channels, model scenarios to identify efficiencies, resource planning, workload priority management, and support operational decisions. Being the market owner and an advisor to the operational teams, driving communications and projects from a Planning perspective.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage Market Regions KPI's and Trend analysis mid to long-term scenario-based approach.
• Model Scenarios Analysis of new projects, and follow-up on implementation and results
• Global Market ownership with a Global mindset to drive recommendations and support decision making
• Identify and Propose process improvements inside of Business Areas (Capacity, Cost efficiency)
• Work with Global Workforce Optimization Team to make continuous improvements to planning processes, deliverables, and routines
• Headcount Planning analysis scenario-based approach impact projections and cost efficiency proposal
• Improve staffing levels, capacity analysis, and impact description to enhance efficiency

WHO YOU ARE

• 3/5 years of experience in similar tasks in related fields such as Consultancy, FP&A, Strategic roles, project management
• Analytical & Problem-solver Skills
• Microsoft Excel skills or SQL
• Ability to innovate and develop new analyses
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Knowledge in Cloud-based CRM Systems is a plus
