This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology. 

Roles and responsibilities

• Customer Supply Chain is responsible for all customer supply chain activities (machines deliveries, upgrades at customer sites, spare parts management), inbound and outbound flows to and from the factories.

• Strong interfaces with other supply chain departments, ASML Factories, Central Planning, Field offices, Account Team and Customer Service departments will be required.

• Responsible for managing demand and supply allocation for YS and HMI business lines across all customers in the US region. Lead a team of supply chain professionals by meeting and exceeding relevant site performance targets along with local supply chain operations/escalations.

• Support the career development of team members and improve their competencies by living ASML’s values and building capabilities for the future. Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to exceed their expectations.   

Responsibilities related to:

Demand, Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for gathering demand and redistribution of YS and HMI stock throughout the US.

• Creation of monthly MOR and NPI reporting for YS and HMI for the US region.

• Act as main point of contact to the field planners and Service management organizations, to ensure the right planning and material availability, including demand enrichment process.

• Critical materials management to ensure effective site coverage.

• Develop process improvements based on analyses of supply chain operations.

Customer Intimacy

• Be the main point of contact for both internal and external customer, to include managing relationship, communication and performances on a day-to-day basis. Meet with and provide complex reports to the external customer while embedding continuous improvements.

Cost Management

• Site APPS P&L ownership.

• Deliver on assigned cost targets.

• Support Cost reductions programs and initiate new reduction proposals.

Leadership – Process, People and Development

• Ensure the right capacity and capabilities of your team to execute all activities for assigned site(s).

• Develop staff training, personal growth and skill proficiencies.

• Drive process standardization and efficiencies via LEAN.
