 Pool Server - Seasonal (May - September)

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Pool Server who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate dining experience.  The Server is part of a dynamic team that provides award winning service to our residents and hotel guests.  This position reports to the Food and Beverage management team. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.

Key Elements of the Job  

• Ability to create an outstanding dining experience  

• Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the food server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order; anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. 

• Ability to resolve issues that may arise from service or product related issues 

• Knowledgeable of food menu; ability to describe menu, ingredients, and suggestive sell enhancements 

• Responsible for setting up. maintaining, and breaking down of pool deck 

• Experience with name usage and remembering guest's preferences   

• Passionate about making others happy through a spirit of hospitality
