InSite QA/QC Manager

The QC/QA Ops Manager ensures InSite Programs remain compliant with standards established by the National QC/QA Manager for their region. This role focuses on auditing, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple sites through out the region. ( Majority of job involves travel)They will be kicking off new programs through out the region and training the Insite management staff that will be permanent at the customer

Responsibilities

· Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

· Establish baseline audit protocols for new waste programs; document compliance parameters for each project location.

· Collaborate with InSite Ops Manager, Site Lead, Branch Manager, and other resources to track corrective actions and share “Lessons Learned.”

· Perform site evaluations (Site General Assessments) and compliance checks using MS Forms.

· Visit and assess top 5 customers per region.

· Review and update site SharePoint content, ensuring JHAs, SOPs, Ops Manual, and HASP information are current.

· Conduct monthly Best in Class in-person assessments.

· Support implementations, startups, and onboarding of new hires.

· Provide coverage for LOA, terminations, and PTO, ensuring proper waste packaging, profiling, and labeling prior to shipment.

· High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science preferred.

· 3+ years of hazardous waste experience.

· Ability to develop and deliver training materials related to environmental health, safety, and hazardous materials management.

· Familiarity with federal/state regulatory requirements for Small and Large Quantity Generators.

Additional Details:

· Travel: 50–75%.
