Job Description Qualifications:

Our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is seeking an Experienced Facilities Project Administrator (Level 2) to join our Everett, Washington Project Management/Construction Management team.

This is an opportunity to support and manage the entire lifecycle of facilities projects to include critical safety, regulatory and Boeing Commercial Airplane production related projects. You will learn our products, be exposed to new technologies & processes, and further successful project outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs variety of aspects for small to mid-sized facilities projects from pre-construction planning through project execution to project closeout

  • Creates new project requirements, integrated project plans, estimates, schedules, etc. to achieve objectives within scope & budget; also supports existing projects

  • Monitors and communicates project status, current baselines, changes, risks/ issues/ opportunities, and help needed

  • Performs variance analysis, critical path scheduling, cash flow projections, financial/cost tracking, budget management, and makes recommendations

  • Coordinates ongoing project tasks and serves as liaison between internal/external stakeholders, architects and engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Performs project support, project management and change management activities by industry principles and standards

  • Administers contractor activities by participating in contractor selection, award, change negotiations, constructability reviews, and cost/schedule visibility, such as customer and contractor reviews to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures

  • Obtains facilities design (Boeing and contract) and resource commitments for complex projects

  • Develops work packages to include budget/funding source, schedule, drawings, specifications, statement of work, procurement, and estimates

  • Coordinates with customers, designers, crafts, security, and others to create an agreed to implementation plan; assembles & releases work packages by collecting/integrating various documents such as facilities work orders, contract service requests, drawings, vendor quotes, schedule, permits

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

                                                                                                                 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in facilities project management or construction management 

  • 1+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership

  • 1+ years of experience utilizing project management tools and methods

  • 1+ years of experience using AutoCAD

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience in occupancy and space planning

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience managing high volume project activities

  • 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing/production environment

  • 1+ years of experience using Maximo, Corrigo or similar work management software

  • Experience using Procore and/or Ariba software

  • Experience monitoring & coordinating project implementation activities such as construction, utility shutdowns, schedule, and project reviews 

  • Experience solving problems for the business

  • Leadership & organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities
