Software Engineer - HR/Legal IT, Salesforce

Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer (with experience in HR/legal IT, and enterprise level applications such as Salesforce) in Raleigh, NC.

This role is key to the Case and Workflow Automation team in Legal IT and its ability to meet and exceed the expectations of our business partners. The role supports this by leading and supporting a wide range of applications and process automations on Legal's Salesforce instance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, Information Science or equivalent fields
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as Software Engineer/Team Lead/Architect with a firm grasp on the newest technology trends in the industry.
• Experience with agile software development and LEAN/continuous delivery methodologies
• Experienced Lightning App developer
• Expertise on various Salesforce offerings with focus on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics
• Proven experience in automated deployment using Copado
• In-depth programming knowledge in all or some of the following (not a conclusive list):
  • Programming Languages: Java (J2SE & J2EE), Python, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, EJB
  • Web Technologies: MEAN Stack, Angular JS, NodeJS, AJAX, JQuery, XSLT, JavaScript
  • Database/Data warehouse technologies: Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, Mongo DB, Elastic Search
• Experience designing, developing, securing and leading APIs via API Gateways and proxies
• Create build / package scripts for deploying applications using GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible and similar tools

Preferred:

• Experience in Legal technology domain is desired
• Experience with Kafka and MuleSoft integrations is a plus
• Experience with UX Design and tools like Figma is a plus
