As a LOB Risk Expert within PNC's LOB Risk
organization, you will be based in one of our Technology hub locations (Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX). Weekly in office time is needed and this is not a remote position.

Skills / Experience:
- Min 3 years Technology Risk Management background
- Understanding of Technology Risk Management and Framework
- Compliance Monitoring and Resolution
- Compliance Evaluation and Reporting
- Policy Guidelines, and Procedures review and management
- Internal Policy compliance
- Availability and Communication of policies, guidelines and procedures
- Technology Risk Identification, Event Management, and Risk Profiling
- Technology Risk Assessment

Job Description

  • Develops and delivers a variety of training programs to live audiences. Provides stand-up classroom instruction.
  • Developing, managing and delivering training using the Instructional Systems Design process to attain learning objectives and meet learners' needs.
  • Developing training materials in relation to organizational needs, learners' backgrounds and course objectives to ensure the consistency of quality and accuracy of content.
  • Ensuring a variety of learning styles can be met by selecting appropriate methods and media for instructional delivery.
  • Monitoring participant progress and instructional program effectiveness; establishing and maintaining a learning environment to actively and freely promote learner engagement and participation.
