Summary/Objective
Concerto is seeking an Executive Clinical Leader to join its team! The Clinical Leader will serve as the senior clinical leader of the company, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical innovation, regulatory compliance, and medical leadership across all dialysis services. This role will play a critical role in shaping the company’s care model, driving clinical performance metrics, and advancing technology-enabled care pathways.
An ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can take ownership and initiative to improve processes as necessary. This candidate must be a strong team player and manager, who can lead a team and attract and retain talent as necessary. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Essential Functions
- Clinical Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and lead the overall clinical strategy in alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
- Champion innovation in dialysis care delivery, including Hemodialysis, digital health integration, and patient engagement models.
- Provide executive oversight to all clinical operations, including quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
- Care Model Innovation
- Partner with technology and product teams to design and implement tech-enabled clinical pathways.
- Lead initiatives to personalize dialysis care, including individualized treatment plans and predictive analytics for patient risk stratification.
- Quality, Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS, ESRD, and HIPAA requirements.
- Oversee clinical quality improvement programs and patient safety initiatives.
- Guide the development and execution of clinical performance dashboards and KPIs.
- Team Building & Clinical Culture
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing clinical team.
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- External Engagement & Thought Leadership
- Represent the company in external forums, including partnerships with healthcare systems, payors, and policy groups.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in nephrology, telemedicine, and value-based care models.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to do light lifting of at least 20 lbs.
