The Business Systems Analyst will analyze business requirements and design and implement solutions to meet those requirements. They will also test, implement, and maintain applications including NetSuite, OpenAir, ZoneBilling, APIs, as well as analytics and reporting within the applications.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the performance of NetSuite, Openair, ZoneBilling, and related ERP systems.
• Support financial operations, and other internal functions in the use of Oracle NetSuite and Openair and ZoneBilling ERP relating to scripts, workflows, searches, new features, testing and data integration.
• Plan and execute strategies to enhance or customize ERP applications. This involves designing and implementing changes to optimize business processes.
• Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and address any technical challenges related to NetSuite/OpenAir/ZoneBilling, APIs and related ERP software.
• Develop, implement, and execute test plans and strategies to validate system integrations, user interfaces, system upgrades and overall system performance.
• Manage relationship with vendors for escalation and resolution of technical, licensing and operational issues ensuring effective utilization of applications.
• Conduct active 2-way dialogue to identify and document business requirements and identify gaps within current landscape with an ability to ingest business needs with process or system changes.
• Facilitate communication and provide support to both the business and IT in technical implementations and execution of ERP initiatives.
• Maintain approval workflows updates and ensure user security is managed in accordance with policy.
• Develop and maintain tight change control request documentation for our production environments and ensure all required testing, configuration and deployment are done

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP, Openair, Adaptive and various applications.
• Experience with ZoneBilling and Power BI an asset.
• Experience with data integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite using middleware (Celigo, Boomi or Workato) required
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules including fixed assets, contracts, general ledger, inventory, advanced revenue recognition, multi-currency and amortization templates. 
• Solid understanding of global core financial processes (procure to pay, order to cash, financial close, intercompany, multi company environment) and Sales Operations processes (lead management, sales forecasting).
• Experience with SuiteScripting, report creation, saved search and other technical capabilities to modify and enhance NetSuite capabilities.
• Highly proactive and planful, with a proven track record of owning and delivering technology projects.
• Ability to update and maintain schematics of our data ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
