This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing?  

  • Drive and execute the annual operating plan that fulfills the comprehensive global giving strategy  
  • Oversee and manage corporate giving programs, including employee volunteerism, in-kind, donations, grants, and event sponsorships
  • Maintain an accessible Global Giving dashboard, tracking all information for key metrics 
  • Act as key point of contact for all Global Giving partnerships – across brands and corporate
  • Contract all partnerships and investments in partnership with procurement and legal
  • Manage the philanthropy budget and allocate funds effectively to ensure that contributions and programs deliver measurable impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations, local community groups, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the effectiveness and outcomes of philanthropy initiatives to senior leadership
  • Manage A&F Challenge fundraising across key revenue streams in partnership with fiscal agent 
  • Ideate and execute across key fundraising strategies and programs, working towards specific fundraising goals with a focus on frequent sponsorship communication and benefits fulfillment 
  • Drive key aspects of A&F Challenge experience plan for both in-person and virtual events, contributing to the operational plan and guest experience  
  • Support and lead key aspects of our associate engagement strategy + work globally
  • Team up across a variety of internal and external partners to enhance the Giving and engagement function

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Passion for people and community-based, purpose-driven work 
  • Demonstrated experience in operationally excellent project management skills with ability to manage a variety of tasks at one time, with the ability to respond quickly and positively to change 
  • High connectivity to trend, evolving demands of customers / associates 
  • Ability to communicate across a variety of audiences and leadership levels 
  • Ability to use technology and comfortable working with numbers and reporting 
  • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners; successful track record in building and maintaining relationships 
  • Event experience is a plus
