Job Description

• Act as an expert for rollout projects/waves Invoice-to-Pay PISA (Processing Invoices with Smart Automation);
• Execute Fit-to-Standard analysis and Master Data Collection (Rollout Template).
• Represent global standard in Fit-to-Standard Workshops and initiate deviation process/ approval where necessary;
• Readiness Check of the Invoice-to-Pay Process in the PISA System
• Planning and coordination of tests, training and migration incl. knowhow transfer to support organization and operations;
• Drive continuous improvement activities for related projects, processes and IT systems incl. lessons earned.
   

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies (master's degree/diploma) in Finance, Business Administration or similar;
• Personality and Working Practice: structured and methodical approach, strategic and conceptional strength, excellent service mindset and engaging collaboration, high networking capabilities, good process understanding for I2P processes and high process orientation;
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience with handling of electronic messages and with the digitization of documents;
• Qualifications: project management and agile working skills;
• Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English.
