Position Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Product Solutions Specialist to support our internal technology events team by building and maintaining Airtable-based systems and tools. In this role, you’ll support the structure, setup, and ongoing optimization of our Airtable environments to power operational excellence across conference planning and execution.

You’ll play a key role in organizing speaker data, session logistics, attendee records, leadership dashboards, and more—all through thoughtful system design, clean data relationships, and effective reporting. Your work will help ensure that every stakeholder, from event managers to executive sponsors, has access to the insights and tools they need to deliver impactful, well-coordinated technical events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, build, and operationalization of Airtable bases to support data tracking for speakers, attendees, booths, sessions, volunteers and leadership workflows

  • Define and manage data architecture, ensuring accuracy in relationships across tables, fields, and linked records to support scalable, collaborative workflows

  • Create and manage forms to intake session submissions, volunteer signups, leadership inputs, and other essential conference data streams

  • Build views, filters, and dashboards that support real-time insights, planning progress, and executive reporting across the conference lifecycle

  • Maintain data integrity by enforcing naming conventions, running regular audits, and collaborating with program owners to ensure timely and correct updates

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase visibility, automation, and reusability in event operations through Airtable and supporting tools

  • Proficient in front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in creating, editing, and managing web pages. Skilled in integrating SharePoint and Airtable to enhance functionality and streamline workflows

  • Partner with program managers, event specialists, and the Events & Experiences team to ensure data solutions are user-friendly, reliable, and aligned with planning needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in data operations, product support, or a similar role supporting large-scale, cross-functional programs

  • Advanced proficiency in Airtable, including relational database setup, views, automation, and integrations

  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to build forms, workflows, and reporting dashboards with user experience in mind

  • Ability to collaborate with non-technical partners and translate program needs into system solutions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly around documentation and training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting conference/event operations, project management teams, or internal programs in a technology organization

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools or scripting for Airtable automations (e.g., interfaces, extensions, or Make.com/Zapier integrations)

  • Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting timelines
