The Opportunity:

CACI has an immediate need for a Creative Production Artist.

Reporting to the VP of Creative Services, the Creative Production Artist will assist with managing creative project and production requests, processes, management, content flow, and creative deliverables from kickoff to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key liaison between the creative team and internal/external partners, overseeing project timelines, resourcing, and deliverables to ensure that all objectives are met with excellence
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and manage creative reviews and approvals, ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Load and format content according to provided templates, style guides, and images.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across multiple assets.
• Collaborate with the content team to review drafts, implement feedback, and make necessary changes.
• Finalize deliverables for client review and approval.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct related experience, with 2+ years supporting the government and defense industry
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, as well as familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between internal teams, clients, and external partners
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage competing priorities and firm deadlines
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and team success
