Job Description
As a Human Resource Assistant, supporting the Universal Studios Hollywood - Operational Staffing team, you will collaborate with Recruiters and park management to support the growth of the variable labor segment of our workforce. You will also act as a champion for our theme park by providing high quality and welcoming experiences to each candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Present selected candidates with their offers, reviewing offer details such as compensation and onboarding schedule.
- Assist with candidate scheduling and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Facilitate and Execute daily operations and procedures during each hiring season (which can include scheduling, working with an Applicant tracking system, assisting onboarding paperwork and more).
- Work closely with recruitment team to ensure weekly hiring targets are met.
- Strategize with recruitment team to determine more effective ways to attract candidates
- Support office front desk check-in process as needed.
- Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information in a courteous manner. Seeks to aid guests/team-members.
- Support onboarding duties as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a high-volume staffing/recruitment environment
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Experience using various applicant tracking systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent people skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Must be detailed oriented and able to prioritize, manage time to meet deadlines and handle a high-volume workload.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
- Must be proactive with the ability to follow up on tasks.

- This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
