We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solutions Delivery Manager to join our team. The Solutions Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving the agile best practices.  This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams and external partnerships to ensure seamless execution of projects from inception to deployment.  The ideal candidate will lead a team of Product Owners and Quality Assurance Analysts.  They will have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT solution delivery, project management or technical leadership
• 2+ years of managing development teams.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and DevOps
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• A track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

 

A Day in the Life of a Manager of Solution Delivery:

• Provide services and support for the following areas:
• Leadership & Delivery Oversight
  • Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for healthcare IT solutions for breast imaging workflows, including scheduling, patient follow-up, reporting and integration with radiology systems and EHRs - from requirements to deployment - ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines and budget.
• Team Management
  • Direct and mentor a growing team of business analysts, product owners, and QA analysts. Establish strong collaboration and accountability across roles to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

• Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Clinical, Operational, and executive stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, compliant, and high-quality technology solutions.

• Project Governance and Oversight

  • Define and enforce best practices in project governance, agile delivery, change management, and risk mitigation.

• Quality Assurance & Governance

  • Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring rigorous validation of solutions through manual and automated testing practices aligned with clinical safety and regulatory compliance.

• Healthcare Integration Expertise

  • Oversee integration of EHRs (e.g., Epic, Cerner), imaging and Ris systems (e.g., PACs, eRad), and third-party healthcare applications using HL7, FHIR, and other interoperability standards.  Guide teams in the delivery of interoperable solutions.

• Agile Delivery Leadership

  • Implement and evolve Agile practices that optimize team velocity and adaptability. Serve as a thought partner in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team coordination.
