As an Operations Manager, Congress, you will
- Manage, oversee, and assign workloads for Congresses and Ancillary Meetings for direct reports
- Responsible for client communications and acting as the main contact between meetings resources and Client Leaders
- Meet regularly with internal Congress management team and Brand Stakeholders to discuss Business Unit needs, performance, and areas for improvemen
- Develop relationships with client's Account and Operations Managers to understand changing business needs and build strong relationships
- Ensure team has a clear understanding of the Business Units they support and provide guidance to clients for optimal results

- Good analytical skills, general understanding of accounting, budget and profit and loss statements
- Strong customer service and organization skills
- Strong understanding of compliance controls & adherence
- Knowledge of group travel operations and industry
- Ability to manage strong clients and growing operations
- Effective organizational and time management skills and follow-through on goals, plans, and project
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills, including public speaking and client presentations
- Proven pursuit of learning and self-development
