Location: Hybrid 1 - This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2  days per week (Seattle, Washington), fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of remote work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (PST).

The Program Manager is responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more multi-year health care programs focused on populations with specialized care needs including, but not limited to, complex behavioral health needs and members transitioning from incarceration.  Program managers typically support business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external client facing projects or initiatives. A program manager may have responsibility for a piece of a larger enterprise/regional external client facing program.

How you will make an impact:

• Develop program success measures and performs periodic assessments of program success.

• Engage and liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and facilitate effective communication.

• Coordinate with internal business partners regarding contract compliance, financial impacts and interdepartmental requirements.

• Manage and coordinate the development, approval, implementation and compliance of on-going external client facing programs.

• Ensure program meets its stated objectives.

• Provide subject matter expertise in response to day to day external client facing business issues.

• Research applicable subject matter practices and remains aware of industry trends.

• Manage external client facing relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas.

• Coordinate training related to external client facing program.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years external client facing experience in program management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Experience working in the healthcare industry highly preferred.

• Experience working with Managed Care Organizations.

• Experience interacting with a government regulator.

• Graduate degree preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $103,408 to $155,112.
