About the Role

You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to people living with disabilities, including:

• Personal care & daily living assistance
• In-home and community support
• Behaviour support implementation
• Community access and skill building

Shifts available: Day, Afternoon, Weekend, Public Holidays.

Candidates with broader availability may be prioritised in line with participant support requirements.

Locations:

🚗 You must be willing to travel within South Western Sydney, specifically Ingleburn

• Mandatory Requirements (Or willingness to obtain)
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
• Reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Car Insurance
• First Aid & CPR
• Working With Children Check (Paid Worker)
• National Police Check (within 3 months)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• NDIS New Worker Orientation and Induction Modules
• Full working rights in Australia
• Smartphone with internet access

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker
• Confidence with personal care, community access, in-home supports
