Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Operational Support: Accounts Payable experience preferred.

Compliance: Control oriented mindset with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) knowledge.

Communication Skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide corrective

actions and resolutions.

Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and improve data accuracy.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications with an emphasis on Excel.

Working knowledge of Oracle or other relevant financial software a plus.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience.
