About the team

Our Customer Experience Worldpayers are at the heart of it all — enabling us to provide world-class support to customers. Unwavering dedication and full of enthusiasm, they’re always finding ways for us to grow together.

We are the first point of contact to handle customers file/job issues.  Monitor system health and  unexpected behavior, alerts  and take appropriate action according to process. Engage  incident management for critical issues. 

What you’ll own

• Mainframe batch monitoring File system, handling clients calls/emails, handling SLA’s

• Should be flexible to work in night shift when needed
• Should be able to support 12 hrs shift

• First point of contact for all customer for all + responsible for L1/L2  MF jobs/file issue

Where you'll own it

You will own it in our Vibrant Office Locations as Indore hub.

APAC

Level of Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

Shift: 24/7

Location: Indore

• At least 2-3 yr exp Mainframe, JCL, Sterling.
• should have good learning attitude and Communication should be excellent. 

• Knowledge of any IBM scheduler

• Excellent communication
