Job Summary:
The Catering Manager plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional hospitality experience for a premier Executive Dining program in NYC. This highly visible position is responsible for flawlessly executing executive meetings, high-profile events, and bespoke catering services that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality and corporate dining excellence.
Success in this role requires impeccable attention to detail, sound judgment, and an elevated service mindset. The ideal candidate possesses a refined hospitality instinct, anticipates the needs of executive-level clients, and consistently delivers polished, seamless experiences with discretion, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. This individual sets the standard for white-glove service, ensuring every event is executed with precision and sophistication.
- Lead catering operations for executive meetings and events
- Deliver polished, white‑glove service with discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate executive needs and ensure seamless execution
- Train and lead staff to the highest hospitality and presentation standards
- Partner closely with executive stakeholders and administrative teams
- Experience in executive dining, luxury hospitality, or high‑end catering
- Strong service instincts and elevated hospitality standards
- Calm, confident leadership style in high‑visibility environments
- Professional presence and exceptional attention to detail
- Monday–Friday with flexibility as needed for executive events
