Description & Requirements

Infor is seeking an Application Consultant with experience in hotel and/or casino hotel operations or group sales/event management. The role of Application Consultant requires extensive travel to promote a strong team environment to ensure successful software implementation. Consultants are tasked with configuring, training, and implementing our property management system. This role is part of our North America services team, which assists Infor in expanding its products within the hospitality industry while delivering exceptional service.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

• Manage all aspects of on-site training and installation of Infor's hospitality property management software application and possibly other hospitality products.
• Conduct standardized training courses using Infor training documentation.
• Provide on-site transitional support of software installation go-live.
• Provide feedback to customer and Infor on training participants’ progress.
• Provide timely communication of project status to customer and Infor.
• Prepare and complete all project-related paperwork as defined by Infor.
• Assist in creating and updating installation and training documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in completing tasks independently on both customer-facing and internal projects.
• Experience delivering presentations.
• Experience in hotel operations, including at least one role in management.
• Experience in one or more of the following hospitality functions: housekeeping, accounting, revenue management, and/or operations.
• Experience in PC operations, including Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Valid U.S. passport or ability to obtain one for international travel.
• Eligible to rent a car for transportation to project locations, as required.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Software application training.
• Resort and gaming operations experience.
• Experience with Windows OS, and Microsoft SQL.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or French.
