Cashier Service Operation 2

Job Purposes

Provide payment service to customers fast, accurately, and politely, including providing returning service and useful information to support the operations of the store

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide payment service in each platform such as cash, credit cards, and gift cards, including examining relevant documents and receipts to ensure accuracy and satisfy customers
• Examine alignment between price tags and products to prevent mistakes
• Provide useful information about products, price, and sales promotion to satisfy customers fast, accurately, and effectively
• Facilitate customers in returning service and others to ensure effective and satisfying service
• Accumulate cash and relevant documents to submit within determined time
• Make and submit reports to relevant functions to support the operations effectively
• Maintain cash machines in good condition along with managing changes and equipment disbursement to ensure machines, changes, and equipment for use

Qualifications

• Vocational degree in related field with minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience
• Understand rules, regulations, and standards related to payment service
• Have good and tidy personality with polite dressing
• Be responsible, delicate, and honest
• Be patient
• Have problem-solving skill
