Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service

• Accurately process sales transactions using POS systems

• Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments efficiently

• Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as required

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout station

• Assist with bagging merchandise and resolving customer inquiries

• Monitor inventory at the register and report shortages

• Follow all company policies and procedures
