Duties

• Lead and review case plans to meet therapeutic and cultural goals
• Coach and support staff to embed strategies in daily care
• Engage with families, carers, and agencies to align goals
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards
• Promote safe, nurturing, and culturally respectful environments

Skills & Experience

• Diploma (or working towards) in community, youth, or social work
• Proven case management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices
• Strong documentation and compliance capability
• Current driver’s licence and probity clearances
