Case Manager - Government Services

Our team provides program and project management, compliance, grant management, subject matter expertise and disaster recovery solutions needed to help government agencies affect positive change.
Case Manager will review, evaluate, and validate pending applications to determine if they meet program requirements, laws, and regulations. The Case Manager will identify deficiencies in the application and contact the applicant via email, phone, and/or mail to obtain the missing information necessary to process the application. Case Manager will answer phone calls and emails from applicants inquiring about the application status, create, organize, and maintain applicant files electronically and hard copy and perform general data entry tasks. Case Manager may be required to attend in-person applicant intake events or required to staff community center locations as needed.
Required Experience and Education:
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a customer support role
- Minimum of an Associates Degree or a Combination of experience and education
- Experience using helpdesk support tools
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products
- Experience handling multiple tasks
- Ability to listen/read, analyze, and interpret customer feedback and relay clear, concise, and helpful information
- Possess strong and intuitive technological skills
Compensation
- Compensation is based on experience and skills. Pay range for this Position is $18.00 - $28.00 per hour.
