We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;">We’re hiring a <strong>Carpenter</strong>&nbsp;in <strong>Jacksonville, FL</strong> and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. </span></p> <p>A carpenter's duties involve reading blueprints, constructing and repairing frameworks (walls, floors, doors, windows), installing fixtures (doors, cabinets, drywall, trim), performing drywall finishing, assisting with basic electrical, plumbing, and concrete work, operating tools, collaborating with teams, and maintaining a clean job site.</p> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications</li> <li>Construct frameworks such as walls, floors, and door/window frames</li> <li>Install structures and fixtures (doors, cabinets, drywall, trim, etc.)</li> <li>Perform drywall installation, finishing, and repairs as needed</li> <li>Assist with or perform basic electrical and plumbing tasks when required</li> <li>Support concrete work including forming, pouring, and finishing</li> <li>Inspect and replace damaged framework or structures</li> <li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery</li> <li>Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades</li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized job site</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
