We’re looking for experienced caregivers who can provide thoughtful, consistent care to individuals with special needs and developmental disabilities, including autism and related conditions. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, thrives in a one-on-one setting, and is committed to making a meaningful impact each day. You’ll help create a safe and enriching environment that promotes independence, dignity, and joy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living tasks and personal care routines
- Provide emotional and behavioral support tailored to each individual’s needs
- Engage clients in structured activities, both therapeutic and recreational
- Encourage communication, social interaction, and skill development
- Monitor overall well-being and document observations and progress
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- ABA training or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in developmental disabilities or human services is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- 1–2 years of relevant caregiving experience required
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray, per state health regulations
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
