Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a full time night shift Care Team Specialist II to join our Registration team. In this role you will be the communication liaison between the medical care team and the patient and responsible for accurate and timely referral processes as well as insurance authorizations for services to be provided, scheduling all patient consult appointments, return clinic appointments, and specialized exams for the patient. We are looking for candidates who have attention to detail, excellent customer service, medical office experience and medical terminology.

What you'll need:

• High School degree or equivalent required
• Two years of related experience in medical group office or other related experience required
• Experience or education providing basic knowledge of medical terminology required

Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Night Shift; 10 hour days
